We are a near neighbour of a property managed by this company. The tenants have turned the properties garden into an eyesore, they & their visitors have little or no respect for others property nearby or their social responsibilities. We have tried to enter into dialogue with the managing agent, to get the garden tidied, fences repaired & the tenants & their visitors bought into line with their behaviour. Speaking to Mr Paxon is a waste of breath, writing to Mr Paxon has bought one response in 4 years with no commitment to improve things, emailing is pointless thus far, visiting the office is a great disappointment, as it is very untidy & messy. I would suggest if Pyrkes manage all their other properties the same way as this one, then they are not delivering a service that fulfills their obligations to the wider community in managing their stock effectively.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Take responsibility for their stock, ensure their tenants are vetted & socially responsible. Make sure their managed properties are clean, tidy & well kept. Employ a transparent process that handles public complaints effectively with clear action plans, objectives & risks for tenants that do not maintain their obligations.

10 Jul 2018To M Whatmough, If you saw the condition the Director's property is on you will understand why he has done nothing to improve the property of your neighbour. His house looks derelict with old company vehicles rotting away in his driveway, lorry trailers dumped in it and the back garden resembles the Amazon jungle. There are probably undiscovered tribes in there that cannot find a way out! He and his female partner have absolutely no regard for anyone else and basically live and look like vagrants. Probably not bathed in years. A couple of dirty old soap dodgers! I think squatter would take better care of their home. Their property could do with being napalmed!

What agent could do to change your mind?
