Having rented properties for many years as a tenant, I have to say every single dealing with Robert Watts and especially Hilary has been amazing and stress free. From booking a viewing to signing for the keys we were kept in the loop and they covered everything for us. Customer service like this is rare to find in such a competitive business, but it has promoted me to write a review and to thank them. Pleasure to deal with and the communications have been prompt and I have never had to chase them for a thing. Thank you
