Staff are unhelpfull , unprofesional and incompetent.Gascoingn pees are potentially one of the worst estate agents.

22 Jun 2012Agreed, arrogant and unhelpful. Seem to think they're the top dogs in town, and instead of proving to you what they can do for you, they spend most of their sales pitch slagging off the opposition in town, when the customer doesn't care about personal vendettas between companies

12 Oct 2012As market leaders, aka 'top dog's!' i am personally very dissapointed to read these comments, my own personal expections of what 'good service' means is an ethos which i instil within my staff and within our day to day duties, we always work for our clients and with their best interest in mind. To highlight the competitions weaknesses instead of highlighting your own companies strengths is by virtue weakness itself. In explaning our extensive marketing programe which achieves our clients the very best results , it is necessary to highlight the differences we can make above our competitors, our 'pitch' is always factual, whilst in this instance our presentation and beliefs in the services we offer has been misconstrued."You never get the price you deserve and will only ever the get price your appointed agent is able to successfully negotiate'
