Absolutely shocking! How these people are even being left in charge to run a letting agent is beyond me. Useless when there is a problem, rude over the phone the list is endless. Anthony is a rude arrogant little man who needs bringing down a peg or 2! Couldn't be happier to be moving out!

1 Jul 2016Absolutely disgusting people working within this company , I have never by any one been spoken to in the tone they use and bad mouthing the landlords to a tenant is a big no no!! I would seriously avoid these people they are only after your money !!

Terrible customer service from the staff at this branch. Arrogant, rude and unintelligent. Not very helpful when renting a property from them and even worse after I had moved out. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
