Had a leaking tap throughout our tendency and it's been almost 2years and nothing has been sorted. Boiler stop working so far been 2 days with no heating or hot water, they keep saying if they can't get confirmation from landlord they can't do anything about it. Yet we are paying £800 on this terrible property. On moving in the house was dirty ! Carpets damp! Cat flees were all over the house. And the worst thing is on tidying the weeds in garden there was sharp pieces of glass in the soil. The recycling bin was full of non recycling rubbish and we were told it was left from previous tenants and that we the new tenants would have to sort it out! Rude agents very rude. Stay clear all they want is your money!
