The fraudster family who used to run this company embezzled and defrauded £4,300 from me by taking a deposit which they never secured and rent which was never paid to the landlord. As a result I'm about to be evicted as the landlord has had no rent (all paid by me and the Plymouth Housing Department) given to Hot Homes UK Plymouth on his behalf. The company is currently under criminal investigation through the Plymouth CID. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
