Very professional and pleasant valuation, but we chose not to use them in favour of another local estate agent. Since that time they have left message after message on my answer phones, requesting call backs, plus I received two email surveys from them. The sale on my property is now fully completed, and yet the calls keep coming. Really I can't help but think that this is where their resources are directed - ie to generate new business, rather than to sell property.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
