I have had a great experience using the girls in the Lettings Department. Very thorough and efficient and we were kept up to date on move in dates and the progress of the referencing. We have been in for just over a month now and could not fault the service of Philip Laney & Jolly and how quickly they act when there is a problem. Would use them again if we ever need to move in the future.
Fees very reasonable and a lot cheaper than some competitors

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
