After 3 years being a tenant of one of the properties they manage I only have good words. They are very professional and helpful.You feel relaxed as they are always there for any problem that might come up.They also keep the properties in very good conditions.

I would highly recommend 1 Stop Properties. Everything was always taken care of so quickly, (issues like broken boiler, oven, heating etc)many times even same day I phoned them they got someone to my flat to solve the problem. I would never recomend this agency to any one, they turn up unannounced while you are not there and do an inspection checklist which is ridiculous and insulting. They charge over the odds and have no consideration to the tenants needs. Over a month before your tenancy finishes they arrange viewings ... Read Full Review
