We hadn't planned to move, but our perfect house, marketed by Allen Heritage, came up, we made an appointment with Ben and made an offer the same day. Allen Heritage saw us through the process of getting ours house on the market by the end of the week and found us a buyer within a day of it going on the market. Luke gave us great advice on marketing the house at a reasonable price for a quick sale to ensure we secured the house we wanted. The purchase of our house was pretty painful with our lender insisting on reports from every expert going- detailed structural reports, damp and timber survey, tree consultant's report, drainage survey; our solicitor tried to talk us out of the purchase on more than one occasion, particularly after our lender and existing Insurers refused insurance on the house. We were extremely grateful that Tina at Allen Heritage fully understood our commitment to the purchase and supported us every step of the way, when, at times it felt that everything and everyone else was against us. Tina handled communications with our buyer and we never felt under any pressure from them, which was a huge relief during an already stressful time. She also handled communications with our sellers in a sensitive and rational way, meaning emotions didn't get the better of us all; she focused on the facts and wasn't distracted by personal opinions. I have no doubt whatsoever that our purchase, and sale, would have fallen through had it not been for Tina's unfaltering determination and commitment to see it through for us. She really put herself out and went above and beyond the expected; she even fired off emails at 5am! We will be forever grateful to her and the team at Allen Heritage for their support in making the, what seemed to be impossible, possible and securing our lovely new family home- or soon to be lovely home, when the builders have moved out.. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke, Tina, Ben and the team at Allen Heritage and have already recommended them to friends and family; they have been equally impressed by their communication and professionalism.
