I can’t thank Sally at Allen Heritage Estate Agents enough for all her help and support during my house purchase. From the very first meeting, she was incredibly caring, patient, and reassuring — exactly what I needed during such a stressful time.
I fell in love with a property before I had even received an offer on my own home, which naturally made me very anxious. But Sally was a constant source of calm and positivity. She helped keep me grounded and supported me every step of the way. Remarkably, my property sold within just a week, and thanks to Sally’s dedication and guidance, I was able to secure my dream home.

The sales process became unnecessarily complicated due to the buyers funding issues. There were many problems with the sale however, Louise and Kim diligently, skilfully and tactfully addressed and managed each and every problem that arose. Their service is not only highly professional, but also relaxed, friendly and totally unpretentious. I would strongly recommend Allen Heritage to anyone looking to sell a commercial premises.
