I had my home on the market with this company for four months. In this time I conducted all the viewings due to the ONE member of staff who deals with viewings always being busy. The 'team' took the view that if you're home the viewing should be done by the home owner. They have an awful 'reception' call centre based who know where who don't tell you they are "just the reception staff" until you've had a ten minute conversation with them. You then have to wait an unbearable time to get a call back. The owner was extremely rude to me so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor will I EVER use their service again.

I am sorry that you feel the service you received has been poor. Your compliant was received internally and was dealt with by following out company complaints procedure. However, as you have posted your complaint on a public site, I feel it is appropriate for me to reply. With regards to viewings, we established that Forefront indeed carried out several of the viewings, but as you were in residence you were happy to also conduct them when you were home. At no point was this raised as an issue or complaint while the house was on the market. As an Estate Agent we are more than happy to accompany all viewings but we do need to be made aware if you had changed your mind. Our receptionists take calls that we can't answer, due to us being on other calls or on appointments. They are very professional and courteous . I have this service in place so that even if I have 5 staff and they are all on the phones when the 6th call comes in then it diverts to a company called Arbell who are very friendly and pass on a message. Most agents have a voice mail, but in the interests of customer service I prefer customers speaking to a human rather than a machine, so it is disappointing to have received a negative response to something that I feel is good customer service. As you are aware I am the owner of the business and at no point did I feel my behaviour was rude as we strive to be as professional and polite as possible, so it is disappointing to hear this when I only had your best interests at heart and wanted to sell your property as efficiently as possible. Could I have listened to all parties involved as none of the parties (new tenant, old tenant and landlord) where in a hurry! And not charge anyone\'s account without prior agreement!
