Legrys were a fairly new agent in Edenbridge when we agreed to let them represent us in the sale of our house. The first meetings were very promising and it seemed that going with an independent agent would be better than one of their larger competitors. How wrong we were. Not only do they fail to provide you with any sort of regular communication but we have had to constantly chase them. Sometimes it will take 2-3 calls just to get them to call you back. When they do call you back you cant trust anything that they say. The reason for this is that they clearly take on too much work and cant be bothered to do any form of management on your behalf. Seems they put all of their effort into making you sign a contract and once they have you they are happy to treat you as 2nd rate. In hindsight i would have never marketing our property with them and most certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
