Absolute cowboys. They put us through hell as landlords, and never even apologised. They have NO clue about current letting legislation, and put landlords and there properties at huge risk constantly. Avoid Fresh Move and the Gardners like the plague.

They didn\'t even offer to refund us our management fees after there own staff member trashed our property.

A thoroughly unpleasant experience from start to finish. I moved to that cottage in Devon from London. Two days before the move, Fresh Move said they thought I should delay because they weren't sure if the property was in a habitable state. Why weren't they sure? Wasn't that their job?? After... What agent could do to change your mind?
They were managing the property and knew it was dirty. They didn\'t bother to have the property cleaned (other than the carpets) before I moved in. I had to do it all myself. All they were interested in was my money. They didn\'t care about anything else.
