Terrible, can't wait to be shot of them, incredibly hostile and argumentative - dodgy boiler, water leak, bad wiring all met with a complete lack of understanding (over several years of problems). My current issue involves an unresolved leak around electrical wiring, which is being treated as a non emergency. Only reason I am still with them is I can't afford to pay new fees for another agency. Avoid if you can!
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could apologise and pay compensation for my large water bill

High - also when I enquired if they waive fees when a tenant moves to another, different property they maintain, they said no the fee would remain.
