Don't book anything via blix properties !!!! We arrived with my boyfriend in London on the 7th October we were supposed to have our apartment on the 11th we had an appointment in their office we went there but nobody was there, I tried to call no answer, we were leaving there as homeless with all of our luggage in Baker Street so we booked a last minute hotel, the next day she didn't even tried to email me or call me to give me news, I went by myself to their office and she said that they double booked the apartment so someone's already there but they will find something for us, she called me after to say that they have nothing for me, so they left us as homeless we booked a hotel again the time to look for an other apartment but it's not easy to find an apartment for the same week so we just went back to Belgium they totally ruined our journey, DONT BOOK WITH THEM !!

Don't choose this agency, all they care about is the receiving the money. I have complained about the construction noises from Monday to Friday everyday from 8am. All they have said was sorry. They couldn't even give 5-10% discount as other agencies give to their customers. Small place, expensive ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fix things on time, be a bit flexible with their customers. Reflect on the previous customer feedbacks. Give discount or something for construction noises and other annoying stuff.

They are quite strict in payment of deposit and rent. But when they return your Deposit, they are quite "flexible". You have to pursue your money. This is the worst estate agency ever! I highly discourage you to use their services. I have rented a short term apartment from BLIX PROPERTIES for three months. From what I can tell you, I\'ve spent the worst days of my life in this property. First, they do not guarantee your deposit in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. And now it has been 2.5 months that I have left this apartment and they still did not refund my deposit even after at least 10 requests. From what I have heard this is a common case for most tenants. During my stay, bad smell from next door toilet made me wake up at night. They didn\'t even care to send someone to inspect. Also, when there was a problem with water in the apartment they waited for 2 weeks before sending a technician. Really, this is the worst estate agency ever.

What agent could do to change your mind?
HONESTY would have been a very good start. clearly, all the people in the building were having problems with the internet and other things. REPLYING to our requests would have been another good point, along with the quality of the replies. \"We will look into it\" is not very helpful. finally, after all the things they did wrong a formal apology or at least a discount for these problems would have been fair.
