Work with QPS homes is a great pleasure. I have found all the staff here to be professional, polite, helpful and efficient. They have been pro-active as well as reactive without causing any undue stress to myself. I am kept up to date at all times with any information I may need and any questions I may have are always answered fully, they make sure I am happy with any decisions made before proceeding. Great customer service with a personal touch.

Agent was rude in emails, completely unprofessional in all correspondence. Never admitted fault and always passed the blame. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
