UBU Lettings is headed up by Victoria Thomas, an experienced ARLA licensed Lettings Manager who has been working in the lettings industry for over 10 years. The office covers all areas of central Bristol including Clifton, Redland, Cotham, Kingsdown and Southville plus areas a little further afield such as Horfield and Fishponds.
We offer all types of accommodation, from rooms in a house-share to self-contained studios, short to long term lets and a wide range of support services. Victoria and her small team provided me with an outstanding service throughout the whole process of finding a tenant for my flat. I cannot recommend UBU Lettings highly enough. Victoria kept in contact with me through the whole process and was willing to answer and discuss any questions that I had. She managed to find me excellent tenants and negotiated a deal that I was extremely happy with. This was all done for a very reasonable price that means I will definitely use their services again should I need to find a new tenant. Victoria was able to arrange everything that I required as a landlord, as in safety certificates, energy assessments etc and nothing was too much trouble for her to organise. Overall it was her and her teams friendly and professional approach that shone through. Thank you very much for your great work!
