Its great this bunch of clowns are out of business , i had the unfortunate fate of hiring these clowns to manage my property. They took 10% of the rental income even though the tenants were ringing me over trivial matters. After i discarded their services after six months of problems with them i lost my spate keys to the property and kept the tenants bond money for many months after all contracts were cancelled. I have to say i am most happy these people have been bought out. These clowns still owed me a months rent and the cost or replacing locks. Im just glad i terminated their lousy service.
