Excellent service - having used other bigger name agents with mediocre success, Latitude quickly found a buyer for the property we were selling and achieved a strong price. Would certainly use them again.

I used Latitude base on the convenient location to my property. I used them for an Introductory Only service. They failed to complete a number of tasks and took risks with my property. 26 Oct 2013You mentioned that you used the introduction only service. From my experience that means they introduce you to the tenant and you do the rest. Sounds like you needed a full management...
