Emma was my Move Manager and was always on the ball, chasing all parties whenever it was needed (solicitor, buyer, seller, agent) and continually pushing things along to ensure the process kept moving. I'm sure she has many clients at any one time, but she made me feel like I was her only client, always responding to queries immediately, and following up every issue that was thrown at her, always with a friendly disposition. She really made me feel valued, and her personal touch is a real asset to the Lawrence Rand service.

Recently tried to arrange a viewing( for BUYING) with them and they gave a real hard time just to book the appointment. I had to constantly chase them for the update. They messed up the address and provided wrong property details and then to add to further agony on the appointment day the sales... Read Full Review
