I went into the cirencester office looking to buy a property a few weeks back, the staff were rude, disrespectful and treated me as if I were stupid. Baring in mind I've bought and sold over 15 properties in the cirencester area. Paul 'the manager', couldn't even bothered to print me off details after asking multiple times. So much for putting faith back into estate agency. I would not recommend these to anybody. They are inexperienced and rude. For such a small company which seems to be struggling I would have thought they would treat the customers a lot better. Cant see them being around for much longer. Good luck.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I would highly recommend closing down and starting from fresh. new staff and new strategy

I would like to opportunity to rectify this with you, and can assure you that this is not how this office is run and the word of mouth recommendations we have received. All of our brochures are pre printed so we never have had to print on demand. What agent could do to change your mind?
Having made such a school boy error and admitting my complaint was valid, I think the agent should have sorted out re-dress. It would have been very simple to refund the deposit in full accompanied with an apology for the inconvenience caused in the early stages of the complaint. Had this happened, I may have continued letting my property with them.
Comments on Agent Fees
I was initially happy with the fees and price or I would not have employed the agent. HOWEVER, when it transpired I had paid fees and not received the service any normal landlord would expect to receive (namely using a valid contract to let my property) I think I paid an unreasonable amount
