Does anyone work here? Is it even open still?- I'd love to name and shame staff but I cannot as they don't even engage. I'm looking for a three month to six month tenancy and would sign up for longer if we had to (heck, work pays for it with a temporary relocation budget- (Hence choosing a £3,500 a month flat to view) We have the funds ready to pay for the contract up front yet E mails remain unanswered, an answerphone message left a fortnight ago results in..no phone call back. This is not a huge problem for us as we found a better located flat with another agent but I pity the owners of these flats. Not only discourteous but thoroughly unprofessional. Also what's up with the properties on their website? Photos copy/ pasted from other sites looking at the size of the pictures, many with a generic picture and very little detail- also reference numbers show that there appear to be many many copies of the same property and location maps on some of them showing London Mayfair addresses- Now I look back I'm quite pleased we didn't get to use them. Something looks very fishy indeed.
What could they do to change my mind... be a professional agent and be honest. If it\'s a tiny back street office in the middle of some industrial estate run as a sideline be honest about it. Anyone can have a sparkly web page with a picture of a Bentley on it. It alludes to something that it clearly is not. HONESTY- please
We guess fees are equivalent to the rent- but without return contact we would never know. Far better to have never heard back from this lot than to resent paying for \'service\'

I've used them a few times now- (I think!) I say 'think' because i kept them up to date by e mail as I work away a lot, I left telephone messages yet still never heard back from them ever. My flats have let with another company within a week but i have never heard back from this company. I ... Read Full Review
