- Told different things by different members of staff, - Absolutely no communication within the company, - Changed their mind regarding items on the inventory (first said they would be removed then said they had to stay) - Showed round a property by someone who, it transpired, knew nothing about the property, - Refused to refund our holding fee when we changed our minds due to them not telling us the correct information, - Finally agreed they would go by what they first said, only to mess us about with the moving dates, - Changed their mind AGAIN regarding items on the inventory (after agreeing to remove items then said we had to keep them and should store OUR items in an outside shed, - Altogether rude and patronising staff, - The person who showed us round clearly didn't know what he was on about. Stay away!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Clear and upfront with all fees. Given fee guide on move in which outlined all fees due and those which may be payable in the future. Very reasonable and having rented with various agents in Norwich also one of the most reasonable.
