Used for tenant find. Twice as expensive as other agents. They put the deposit into my account instead of putting it in the deposit sceam. Did not tell tenant how to pay me in the future or what to do with services and bills. Overall very disapointed. Would not recomend. Will not use again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Needs to do the same as other agents at the minimum. I would have expected more considering the high price

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency couldve been helpful and polite. Not rude argumentative when asked a question regarding our rights and atleast called or emailed us for when we move out the property to help us find somewhere else! Awful just awful. The worst estate agency in Bournemouth!
