My property was given to this agent to manage and rent out on a guaranteed rent scheme. When I wanted my house back it took him 9 months of pure negligence to evict the tenant. It was almost as if he wanted her to stay and for me to face homelessness even though I was paying him. When my house was returned to me, i found out that a drug dealer single mum had been living there, my front door had been kicked down and the house was wrecked; maggots in the fridge, black mould everywhere, mice, knives lying about, food in drawers and in the beds! The contract clearly stated the property would be returned to me in the same state I gave it to them and he is refusing to uphold his side of the contract. He didnt even arrange to clean the property which is normal practice for an agent to do. Dont ever use them they will take your property, wreck it, leave you with thousands of pounds worth of damages which they claim are 'wear and tear' and stressed beyond belief!
The agent can offer me compensation to help me pay for my damaged property.
I am pretty sure the agent the letting the property to the council for much more than he was giving me and pocketing any differences after management fees.

11 Apr 2016I gave my property to this estate agent. Like the review above he did not take care of my property, even though our contract said that he would check it every three months. It took him nearly two years to evict the tenant because she had not paid him rent. He kept her in the house and tried to deduct the money she owed him from my guaranteed rent by saying that he had sent people to repair the property. He had no receipts for these repairs. When I finally took my property back everything was wrecked. The house was beyond recognition. I would never recommend this estate agent to anyone. Terrible management, I might aswell have managed it myself.

26 Jul 2017Dealing with this Agent has been a lifesaver for me to say the least. I have 8 properties with another agent who went into liquidation and I did not know where to turn in order to start receiving my rent as I was on a guaranteed scheme. I was highly recomended to Cos Eleftheriou who showed extensive knowledge on how to sort my dilemma out. Within 2 weeks, he visited all tenants, prepared new tenancy agreements, and spoke to the appropriate department in the council in order to change the payee details onto my name. This agent has shown great professionalism throughout and I feel very lucky to have bumped into someone who reassured me that my personal situation would be sorted within 4 weeks which to his credit was a success. The relationship that has now been built, I have full trust that any repairs required under £500 can be done without my consent as I know it will be done for my benefit. I have full trust and look forward to working with Cos Eleftheriou for many more years to come.
