Very happy with the service i received from O'Neil Property Services. My partner and I was new to the area and heard about the home buyer service they had to offer. We told them what we was looking for and they viewed some homes on our behalf, they then booked in for second viewings and we attended. We told them which one we liked and they put an offer in and saved us nearly 18K off the asking price. A big well done to the staff and i would recommend this company to anyone in need of a Estate Agents.
Comments on Agent Fees
O\'Neil Properties charged 15% of the money they saved me off the price the home was advertised for. So i still had a big saving.
