Due to circumstances beyond my daughter's control, she needed to find a rental property as a matter of urgency. Parklands Estates, and particularly Stacey and her colleague, Hannah, really did go that extra mile for us during what had been a very dark time. Their caring attitude and more importantly their enthusiasm and professionalism far outshone any of the other letting agencies we had visited. They selected properties for us to view that were tailor-made to our requirements and if one was not suitable, they suggested alternatives with never a sign of frustration or a "can't be bothered attitude". Viewings were a joy; Stacey clearly had enormous respect for both the landlords and tenants and found the perfect property for my daughter. The follow-up arrangements were seamless and immaculate and their advice and encouragement was second to none. I cannot praise them enough. My daughter am now settled in her lovely new home with the added benefit Parklands Estates will be there to answer and deal with any queries she may have with complete professionalism and care.

I have used other agents in Cliftonville who were pretty awful. I stumbled upon Parkland agents and have found an agent you is a cut above the rest. Within days of acquiring a flat in Margate and handing over responsibility for its management to Parkland the pipe-work sprang a large leak.
