Avoided this company at all costs, we have rented a substandard property for one year now. The so called director couldn't direct himself out of the room. Very rude and unwilling to listen to requests for maintenance work on properties, In our case they still owes us money for maintenance work we paid for at there request. There property maintenance standards are poor and we are now having to go through small claims court to get our money back from them. anyone thinking of buying or renting from this property then don't. We did and what a mistake!

1 Oct 2014Mr Smith still does not understand that we act on the instructions of our client - the landlord. Mr Smith is unable to produce receipts for the sum of money he has demanded. As a result of advice from RPMS the landlord has offered him a sum which he chooses not accept despite the fact that (in breach of his tenancy) Mr Smith carried out work to the property without his landlords consent and makes threats in order to try to get his way. A distasteful example of bullying which he won't even put his full name to! So future landlords beware of Richard Herschell-Smith.
