Destiny Estate is a serious joke! It's not an agency for European people! Their standards are very low! Stay far away from them! Finally our contract came to an end and we can say what we think about them. Forget about quick sorting out your problems like leaking boiler, lack of hot water, getting new fridge even if the provided one is old and broken (if you lucky enough you may get one after 1 month), fixing broken power sockets, getting an extra key to the gate around your property after the lock was changed (and you were not even informed) so you "can enter" you flat in the middle of the night, rats around your flat etc. They do not provide any customer service, never returning phone calls, if you want to sort out your problem you need to call them several times from hidden number. Engineers sent by them are not competent and in most cases don't know what to do. They are nice until you pay the rent and don't ask questions. Read your contract properly- there is nothing about the price of check out and how it will be processes, no information about percentage in case if you late with your rents etc. The staff member who came to get back the key to the property at the end of tenancy wasn't aware what was at the flat at the begging, seems to be shocked that all the furniture that was our property were gone, didn't know if we have to pay smth for check out and later it was deducted from our deposit! In case of any problem with them go straight to the citizen advice as they are breaking the law!
What agent could do to change your mind?
We will never ever use this agency again.

They literally gave me PTSD. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
