Dealing with these guys upon entry is like being tested like the queen. That's where it stops. As soon as you sign on the line you are out in the cold. Broken garden light and we couldn't have a shower as the handle was broken by the builders, but that's ok I can phone Astons! Telling you they were not even interested in the slightest would be miles away. Upon leaving the property they came round for inspection and let themselves in 30 minutes before they were due, probably to get together a game plan. Then they were half an hour late and took £40 from our deposit because we did not trim a blackberry bush to their liking! When chasing my deposit I called them three times, git hung up on, got a rude response and it was not until I sent an email threatening to take it further that my deposit was released. I refused to believe that all estate agents were obnoxious idiots but in this case they were right.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us like human beings and not tried everything to keep the deposit. Not lie about the landlord requesting to see the property and generally not being obnoxious *. I was about 30 seconds from not getting m deposit back but now I do I hope I don\'t bump into them anytime soon.

Astons have been caught writing fake reviews! David is well known for being cocky and arrogant. The question is, if all agents have caught him out, can you trust his google reviews!! What agent could do to change your mind?
