I have just won a judgement against Churchill Residential in Barnet County Court. They signed a contract with me which they then reneged on, I lost money as I had agreed to sole agency with them. Not surprisingly they failed to turn up in court and I now find that their listed number and website is no longer operating. Given what others have written these people should be avoided at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They sign contracts which they then renege on.

This so called fraudulent Churchill residential company is a hoax and fake! The owner apparently has called himself a Martin, and then claims to be Aubrey, & now Steven.
