Westpine is an energetic letting and property management agency based in the heart of Horwich, Bolton. We operate within a 20 mile radius of our newly refurbished high street office. With strong values of honesty and integrity, Westpine offers a wide range of transparent and flexible landlord services. We are one
of the few agents in the area specialising solely in lettings and property management – this allows us to spend 100% of our focus and time providing an unrivalled service to our landlords and tenants as our practice is not diluted by sales.
Westpine represents great value for money as, on top of our extremely competitive rates, we are able to offer no VAT payable on any of our services for a limited period.
As a small independent agency we offer a highly individual and friendly service. The Westpine team set themselves extremely high standards within the industry when it comes to the expertise, professionalism and level of service provided to both our landlords and tenants. With this in mind, we operate under and are members of both the Property Ombudsman and ARLA (Associated of Residential Letting Agents), evidencing our confidence in offering a fair and reliable service.
Our office is open 6 days a week and out of hours appointments are available on request to accommodate all needs.

Very professional, polite, ,honest and helpful in every way. Always approachable and acts promptly. Will go out of way to do anything to assist in any way possible or direct in the right direction. Keeps client updated immediately if anything needs attention or action. Payments are regular, on time - not had any problems or concerns from day one. Would not hesitate to recommend this Letting Agent. Have known the Agent s since the relatively early stages of their start up of business, when I first handed my key over for my property. Treats each property as their own, very satisfied with the services. Keep up the excellent work. Happy to be associated with you. Hopefully, will continue to be happy, and to be doing business/associated with Westpine Lettings for the longer term. Thanks again.
