The agent did not seem too concerned about showing the property, after viewing the property we immediately emailed our interest as to his instruction. 3 to 4 days later we were told the landlord preferred another client despite the fact we made no formal application, nor were we given the opportunity to do so. We put forward an application to pay above the asking price for the rent but never received a response to this day

The agent should\'ve been more professional in his handling of this

Worst ever agent in Belfast... They take deposit on the first day itself once owner confirms application for intension of not returning it if tenancy application is not successful by any reason. And after referencing is successful and done somehow they reject application after 2 weeks using owners ... Read Full Review

8 Jan 2019I'll never call these women again! All of them, useless workers with no organisation or knowledge of their own work. I've called them 2x for a viewing on different occasions for different houses and...
