Viewing comments were usually reported to us within 24 hours and we were given constructive comments to enable us to understand why a prospective buyer was not interested in our property. In particular Annalise and Annabell were very knowledgeable within the property market and therefore were able to guide us and help us through the process of our sale and new purchase.
