I had a really positive experience with Jane Nott at Nova Homes who covers the Saltash and Callington areas. She is friendly and I felt like I had a much more attentive approach from her than using an actual estate agent office. I was always kept informed. I viewed some houses with her as well and she was not pushy and was not full of the usual rubbish or sales patter you get from most agents. I was actually gutted that there were no houses on her books that suited our needs as I would have liked to have been able to buy a property through her too. The rates are really good at just 0.75% plus VAT. I just felt like she really tried hard to sell our house and she spent time with the people viewing rather than rushing them through the viewing. I would definitely use her services in the future.
