Weston Hare are very quick for viewings once you pay the fees, but once you're in your new property then the trouble starts. Me and my husband moved into a property over 3 years ago and with our first winter approaching we were left with no heating due to the boiler breaking down. I quickly reported the issue to Weston Hare who took 3 months, yes THREE months to get someone to replace it, bearing in mind the weather was getting so cold to the point that we had to wear our coats inside because we had no way to heat the house. I was on the phone to them every day to the point where I was in tears begging them to sort it out. We were very good tenants paying without fail and keeping the property clean, made improvements, but yet the lack of care, guidance and customer service was nonexistent. Me and my husband have now moved and changed estate agents. Yet we still had a huge game with Weston Hare over the last 6 weeks trying to get back over £95 from them which they have been aware of that they owe us. They were full of pathetic excuses saying they were awaiting payment confirmation, need to check the account details, need to check the accountant has the information e.t.c . I would NEVER recommend this estate agent to anyone. Keep well away from Weston Hare, they are a complete waste of time, incompetent, no customer care and once you're in one of their properties and they have your money they won't want to know you.
