The flat that we have been renting for almost a year and a half suffers constant, damp, mould and floods. Floods so bad that they soak our personal possessions. We are a basement flat so we can expect a few issues but this is awful. Our carpets become saturated and the flats above us need to turn off their water until it's fixed. The customer service no better too, when posing Catherine with a complaint with regards to the basic living standard of this flat and the actions needed to be taken the suggestion is 'just move out'. Don't use this agency, no matter how many times we've complained, minimal action is taken and nothing is resolved. We would be out by now if we could afford it.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Told the truth and listened from the start. If effort was made to resolve an issue this review would not be here.

We should be getting paid for the amount of mouldy or ruined possessions we\'ve had to throw away as a result of this flat\'s issues!
