Winon and the team provide an excellent personal service that embodies all that an overseas landlord expects and requires from a local property letting and management service. I have had several bad agents over 4 years, and Archview have proven to be the exception so far. They have a secured a 24 month contract, and I look forward to Archview managing that to, and beyond, the 24 months.

The viewing agent was friendly and capable. More official documentation at the point of putting down a holding deposit would have been very assuring for a new tenant in London. What agent could do to change your mind?
I would have preferred a \'maybe\' button here. I don\'t necessarily disapprove of the agents\' service however for the reason given above, the lack of attention to detail upon moving in, i.e. old/used/stained mattresses on the beds and small breakages, I would not necessarily recommend the agents either.
Comments on Agent Fees
There seems to be quite a high fee for processing the property, and the background checking service could be done by the agents themselves.
