They kept half of our good faith deposit for no REAL reason and they breached the privacy of tenants, and failed to prove why they kept the second half of our good faith deposit- They saw that my partner has a very very good job, and they didn't justify what really happened . They are just money driven agency and they do scam you - in total they kept £820 for two weeks "work" - 3 viewings- they didn't block the flat while we did the offer and put down our good faith deposit - it took them 2 weeks to refund my "good faith" deposit
