Well, where to begin? We honestly cannot understand how this company get good reviews as we do not know anyone who has used them to be happy with them in the slightest. We have just left this property and cannot tell you how disgusted we are with the way we have been treated by Beals at North End. They do not return phone calls and any problems you have are stonewalled. We left the property in a very good clean state with no damage as described by the estate agent who did the inventory. We have been there nearly four years. The landlady disagreed and said that we left cat hairs on the curtains (we kid you not - she even took photos of them into the estate agent!) so they caved and let her have £60.00 of our deposit to get the curtains cleaned, she said we had left the property in a disgusting state even though Beals disagreed. We also over paid by £42, which was held by Beals as our landlady said it was hers even though we were told legally it was ours by the estate agents. We were told it would go to dispute and this could take up to six months. We decided to forgo the money to get them out of our lives. Upon calling the landlady to ask her why she had behaved this way, she was very rude, her son phoned us later that evening and said that if I ever phoned his mother again, he would give my husband 'a good hiding' - nice people.
