letting properties without doing sufficient referencing leaving me stuck with worst tenants ever. badly advising on tenancy issues. afraid to get involved unless its going to cost them money. Completely disregarding the fact that it's the landlords keeping them in business using their services!! just do not care but willing to take tidy sum!

Just been to have a look for a House to rent in Abercorn Road in Stanmore. Very very dirty house for £1975. Believe not been painted for more then 5 years. Absolute con artists, would never recommend these guys as they are very corrupted. There is definitely a lot of of underhand goes on under the table and they have no regard for their landlords. All they are after is filling their pockets and there is no ownership from them whenever an issue ... Read Full Review

Con artists. Was buying a property and was continously told there's a higher offer when none existed. Absolute shocking service these agents are liars, don't ever buy properties from these clowns. They lied about the bids, made me increase my offer although it was already accepted. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
