Terrible company. I had them in to manage a property with sitting tenants a few years ago, and they did literally nothing. They took their commission for a few months, then when the tenants gave notice that they were leaving, Mitchells did not inform me. I only found out because I happened to be in touch with the tenants about something else. They then got one of the tenants to email me to say how great the agency was - very strange.
After that they tried to persuade me that the most I could expect in terms of rent was 1000 to 1050 per month (this was a few years ago). I decided to see for myself, I put in a gumtree ad for 1150 and the phone was ringing off the hook. Within a week I had new tenants in at the higher rent.
When I complained to Mitchells that they had failed to inform me of the notice from the tenants, they refused to give me any refund, even for the month in question. They came across as professional and responsible when I spoke to them initially, but I would never trust them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Earn your living the right way like other people in the world have to. I am so disgusted and now i have to spend out on a Solicitor as i am not having this anymore. They need to give my deposit money back and i was pre warned about using Mitchells letting agents in the first place. Bad business people. Be warned!!!Attached Filesnbsp;

Absolutely awful service provided from Day 1! No Management of property at all and no communication between staff members!!! Also proceeded with an illegal and void tenancy due to no gas certificate!!! DO NOT USE!!...
