We viewed the property on a Saturday (Open day) and really liked it. Told Ronnie that we were very interested and he should inform us of any other possible interest. We (family) spent about 20 minutes walking around the neighborhood. We came back to Ronnie to say, we assure him we were interested. He advised us to call on the Monday to place our offer. On Monday, my husband called and asked him for a second viewing for that day after which we would place our offer. Ronnie told him he would call back with a time slot. He called about 3 hours later to tell my husband an offer has been accepted by the vendor. He said it was below the asking price. We were so shocked that the estate agent had acted in a very unprofessional manner. He did not even ask for our offer and that was it. The house was under offer. Our hopes dashed. The children were very disappointed and we still cannot understand Ronnie's behavior or what actually went wrong.
Would have given us a chance to place an offer.

These Agents have not provided good service, with lack of information, not providing paperwork, mistakes, payment delays, statements and communications were delasyed, not sent or replied to as delays of sending statements of over several months entailed to find out rents were stopped months later. ... They could have done nothing to rectify the negligence and lack of service that was not provided, as they are unprofessional do not use the guidelines or ARLA or any other associations and so it makes you think first before you use such agents.

I would not go to this mickey mouse estate agent. Their website promises quality service and that is not what i got. They are very slow in providing tenants in rented accomodation. Oct 19, 2012Mr Shah - I totally agree with your comments on this joke of an estate agent! I was a tenant of theirs and they provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered! No friendly service...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
