Avoid at all cost. I never knew that an estate agent was actually a factor in choosing a property until i met Liz (managing director of Libra property) Myself and my partner are both under 25, both self employed and both own and run our own thriving schools and studios, From day one we were both discriminated against for our age, the property we were renting was £1250 pcm, a price that was implied to be too much for two people of our age. After several delays we took possession of the keys and my god the house was disgusting, broken glass and rubbish all over the house, completely overgrown garden and general lack of maintenance. (Libra's job) .Immediately after renting the property were were visited on many occasions by Liz in the middle of the night where she would park outside and watch the property, quite scary when your a young girl home alone, Liz then set out to send her undercover plumber to secretly inspect the property on her behalf reporting back among other lies, that we had a pet dog, which of course is prohibited in the tenancy agreement, after Liz confronted us on this we had to battle to explain this was in fact a neighbours dog. Needless to say the plumbing fault was not fixed, and remains unfixed 18 months later. leaving us with no downstairs WC. Upon entering the property is was explained to us that we had the option to make use of a bed that was left in the property by the previous tenant, i took her up on the offer in order to save her the trouble of removing it further delaying our ability to move in. Upon leaving the property it has been brought to my attention that that the landlord (who lives in new jersey USA) wanted to keep the now third hand mattress. interesting? i thought it belonged to the previous tenant. When taking on the property both my partner and i explained that regarding inspections, because all trust has been lost between ourselves and Libra that we will need to be present for any inspections and that any scheduled inspection would have to be approved by both of us as we both have such hectic work schedules, we were informed that an initial inspection was of upmost importance and will be carried out just a few short weeks after moving in. after no word from libra for a few months we received a letter informing us of an inspection with only 1 or 2 days notice, this was no good for our schedule so we requested that we push the date forward 1 week to a day we could both be home, We received no response from this reply so assumed it was not as important as Liz had initially made out. this same event occurred another 2 times during our tenancy and after 16 months (Christmas eve) we received a section 21 notice giving us 2 months to vacate the property, a hard letter to read on Christmas eve. I am currently in the process of moving house, may i add 2 months is not enough time to find a house and arrange a mortgage, so i have been forced to rent a sub standard property at the drop of a hat. please please please do NOT use Libra "*".

Liz Davies is an complete and utter waste of space I have endless problems an she never answers her phone or messages the repairs were never done spread lies that causes shit to make her feel better.
