We recently sold our house through Trading places and had the best experience with Jennifer as our agent. We initially had a few valuations from other Leytonstone agents in the area, and we even had one in mind to use apart from Trading Places. But when Jennifer came to value our property she had a sympathetic ear to all our concerns about the whole selling process and put us at ease. She certainly showed the human element to the sale rather than it simply being a business transaction. A buyer was found very quickly after it was put on the market, and even though our own purchase fell through 3 times with other agents, Jennifer remained so patient with us and somehow kept our own buyer in the chain. We are so grateful to her and Trading Places - and all at the best fee! Wouldn't use anyone else now. Thank you Jennifer and Trading Places.

AVOID. Appauling service throughout our entire experience of attempting to rent through the agency. It's difficult to even describe the level of incompetence and lack of empathy shown throughout. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
