When I was doing a viewing for the property offered I asked to see the parking space as I have a large car. At the time, the agent said they don't remember the parking space number and that will be provided to me once I rent the property. Moved into the property and I was provided with the parking space. Honestly, one of the worst parking garage buildings I have ever seen. I would have never rented the property if there was transparency regarding the parking space. It is an external building 3 minutes away from my building. I am stuck on the left between two pillars and to the right by 2 cars. I have to squeeze myself outside the door to get out of my car on a daily basis. I highly doubt that the whole parking building follows uk regulations. One of the worst parking garages I have ever seen in my life. I am currently suffering on a daily basis when I am parking. I would have never rented the property if there was transparency from the beginning regarding the parking space, even though I asked to view the parking space at the viewing.
