give 0* if I could and most definitely do NOT recommend the best thing you will ever do is stay right away from them …THAY promise the world but in reality give you nightmares. I am unfortunately living in one of there properties and I’m probably better off homeliness in fact the homeless probably live better. That house is falling down and in disrepair. Ask for repairs,to be done to only be rejected. So had no choice but to go Council and. Health and environment. THAY have now given them a legal opinion to do the repairs or be prosecuted. And yet. ..THAY still ignore. THAY simply not interested. The problems don’t just Finish there the property has become a danger. And a danger to life….and yet this estate agent and landlord seem not interested or bothered and when trying to contact them THAY give you give insults or give you threats landlord’ even sent threats to come to the property to cause trouble there is just to much to list and I literally can go on forever. What ever you do do not trust them. Going with with will be your worst decision you will ever make in your life. ….

21 Sept 2024The above is utter rubbish seems as i have never got issues with the company. They have always taken care of all my maintenance issues straight away… maybe look more at the landlord and less the company

Terrible all year round. I booked a room at 30 Hanover street with them, before moving in we were told the house would be renovated like next door, however when arriving the house was not, the garden was overgrown and there were no space to move around in it, they told us that is would be cleared ...
