I have since been in touch in person, over the phone, and by email, including to the address you've provided here. I have received no response. I have proof of all of the above. I dealt with both Ash and yourself directly. At the time of my departure you were the managing director at William Huxley. I am well aware of the "situation at that time". I was told by both of you that your accounts were frozen and that my deposit would be returned in due course. It was not. When I followed up, I was told the company was going into liquidation. This should have had no bearing on my holding deposit, which by law should have been protected in a government approved scheme. The previously attached documents illustrate that it never was. This is a crime. I'm offering you the opportunity to return the total (780gbp) of my deposit. Failing this, I will have no choice but to apply for up to 3x the amount in small claims or county court. First and foremost I would like to make this very clear and I’ll put all the relevant documentations with this response as Aidan you’re nothing but a pathological liar. Now everyone can see the truth when it comes to my cases and grounds I was awarded upon. William Huxley was failing when I first stepped in, I brought in a million pound property portfolio within my first week and that’s why I was promoted as a manager by the second week, let’s not get it twisted as I can pull your msgs as receipts. 22 properties within one week when you, let alone your staff could barely bring in 10 properties within a month! That first property portfolio is what helped you to branch out to offices near Canary Wharf which has since been closed as clearly you couldn’t even leave your fraudulent ways behind and ended up ruining business relations with my landlords as well as your own reputation. How does it make you feel to know all of those landlords ended up reaching out to me and gave all of their properties to me? I’m the last person you should ever do wrong to as I don’t have the patience nor time to fight with people, I leave all matters in Gods hands and act accordingly :) You came running back last year begging me to go into a business partnership with you of which I happily declined as I could never be associated with fraudulent imbeciles like you.
