I invited a number of Estate Agents to view the property and had a list of questions for all of them. At this stage I was impressed with Hunters as Saif had good local knowledge and understanding and knew the profile of buyers interested in the area. I had the house on sale with Foxtons in the previous year and didn't get much interest and felt they were not as proactive in marketing the property. Hunters had prospective buyers in place very quickly and a firm offer in a matter of weeks.
The sale was handled by Georg Singh and cannot praise him enough. He kept me up to date at all stages, was easy to contact and speak with. My solicitor also said that he found him very easy, helpful and pleasant to deal with. In addition, Sam and Lisa made the admin side very easy. I am very pleased to say the whole experience was straight forward, quick and stress free. I am more than happy to recommend Hunters Property Plaistow branch to any seller and I am sure they are equally helpful , friendly and efficient for buyers as well.
